Neeida is a female Rodian forever living in the shadow of her brother hunters. As a result, she’s worked hard to become the best quick-draw artist in the Outer Rim, a talent that Koth saw as complementing his own approach to bounties. While not a trained bounty hunter, her Outer Rim contacts have made her a useful ally. Her notorious temper though, often gets her into trouble.

Neeida's Special Abilities:
- Dastardly Strike: Successful attacks against opponents denied their Dexterity bonus to Reflex Defense move them -1 step down the condition track.
- Weakening Strike: Whenever you deal damage to an opponent denied its Dex bonus to Reflex Defense, you can choose not to move the target down the condition track and instead impose a -5 penalty to all of your opponent’s attacks and melee damage until the end of your next turn.
- Sneak Attack: Gain 1d6 points of damage on attacks on targets within 6 squares denied their Dex bonus to Reflex Defense.
- Deceptive Drop: Flatfooted opponents are knocked prone.
- Desperate Gambit: Reroll missed attack by taking a penalty to Reflex Defense
- Lightning Draw: Draw and fire as a standard action.
- Point Blank Shot: +1 at point blank range.
- Precise Shot: No -5 for shooting into melee.
- Quick Draw: Draw as a swift action.
